due to the fact that there are little children around. the older gangs have come to the conclusion that under no circumstances will gang fights go on here. because of the children that are often seen in this area. it's one of the few safe havens of the city. a lot of the young guns don't exactly know why, and often want to break this rule. just to say they've done it.
