The alarm clock set off at ten o'clock, not so early but not ridiculously late either. Getting out of bed had been casual; the young woman simply turned and stretched, opening her eyes to look around her room and let her vision adjust with the light. After another stretch, Samantha slid out of bed and went straight to the bathroom for a shower, stripping off her pjyama shorts and vest on the way, throwing them on the laundry pile in the hall. Washing her body and giving her skin a good scrub with some exfoliating shower wash, and her hair a wash too, Sam was done dressing in a pair of denim shorts and a fitted checked shirt within thirty minutes. She brushed her hair but didn't use the hair dryer, allowing her hair to rest and dry naturally. After making her bed and opening the curtains to greet the sunshine and the busy city, Sam walked through to the kitchen and made herself breakfast. For her cereal she had weetabix with natural youghurt and strawberries, with a banana smoothie. After watching literally five minutes of one of those silly "good morning america" programmes, Sam decided she needed a walk.
A walk was a great way to blow the cobwebs away, especially after last night's antics where she went out on the town and got a little carried away with the drink. The coast was a nice place Sam liked to relax and enjoy the morning. It was pretty strange for a gang leader to enjoy such quiet things, but the truth was she did. Although she had nobody to enjoy it with, that didn't matter to her. Being alone wasn't all so band, she had her gang members to socialise with who were all really awesome people, though they did have their flaws too. Most of them, the ones she was closest with, sometimes popped over to hang out with her. Sam wasn't one of those girls who needed to see people everyday just to get through it.
After leaving the apartment, checking she had her keys and phone, and some money of course, Sam made her way to catalina island. Once she got there, she took a moment to breath in the fresh air, and welcome the breeze blow through her hair and over her skin, whilst the sun beamed down onto her, making her hair shine and enhance on her tan. She removed her sandals to walk on the sand, admiring the view of the place, before seeing something dark fly through the air and crash onto the water before being swept back up onto the sand. Sam's pretty eyes looked up roughly in the direction the piece of wood had come from. Shading her eyes from the sunlight, even though she had her sunglasses on, Sam could roughly make out a figure, and a large one too. As she walked further along the waterline, and closer to the figure, she eventually was able to make out who it was. That Alex guy from the livewire gang. She didn't socialise with those people very often, but they didn't have any problems with each other. Once recognising the guy, Sam walked from the water up the sand to Alex. Hey Alex she greeted softly.

he said with a small nod of his head, his hand instantly falling away from his pocket. After a moment, Alexander pulled his sunglasses off of his t-shirt where they had resided moments before. He slipped them on as he looked back at Samantha once more, this time he was able to see her without the sun killing his vision. "Have a seat."he told her smoothly, wanting her down on his level rather than having to stand at his full 6'4 height and look down on her as he was looking up at her now. Oh the joy of being a giant in Los Angeles. "How've you been?" he asked casually, wondering what could have spurred her interest in speaking with him.[/blockquote][/ul]

Samantha looked at Alex as he turned around, seeing his tense posture she too tensed herself, slowing her pace down. She waited for Alex to relax, wondering what was up with the livewire king. She sighed quietly when he greeted her and she slipped down the sand to sit down gently, careful not to stab herself in the back with her own blade. Usually she walked around with a gun, but in her outfit today she had nowhere to hide it. She smiled at him softly and leant back on her elbows. Not alot, only got up about an hour ago. Thought a nice walk would start the day off nicely. What about you? Why are you here? she asked letting her head fall back, extending her neck and letting her hair fall back behind her shoulders, so she could enjoy the heat of the sun beam down onto her body. Mmhm, so what are you're plans for the evening? she asked out of curiosity. As far as she knew, her night was free and she had plenty of cash to spend to have fun, so another night out on the town wouldn't hurt. She looked over to Alex through her own sunglasses, admiring his aviators. Nice shades she commented.

he said with a small shrug, "Doesn't really matter though." He heard her speak once again as she asked him what his plans were for the evening. Alex gave it a quick thought before looking at her as he slipped on his shades, "I'm pretty much open tonight. Whatever comes up, I just roll with the punches." he said tearing his gaze away for a few short moments as he glanced over the water. He looked back as he heard Samantha speak again commenting on his shades, "Thanks." he said shrugging his big shoulders with ease. He looked around for another moment. It was a minor habit of his that he couldn't seem to break, always looking over his shoulder. Even before he formed the Livewire gang and this whole mess started. "So, what about you? What are your plans for the night?" he asked with the same genuine curiousity she had shown only moments before. Alexander wondered for a few moments if there was actually something important to this whole ordeal or if she had just randomly come upon him as a result of her lonely walk on the beach and his...lonely hanging out.[/blockquote][/ul]

Samantha sighed contently as she enjoyed the heat of the sun warm up her body. She shrugged gently before looking over to Alex. Ah, nothing really. Was thinking of going out tonight, perhaps. What do you think? she asked giving a soft smile as she closed her eyes again and let her head drop back again. She could understand why he'd come here to think. This was a gorgeous place, especially when the weather was this good. The fresh air and the sound of the waves was really soothing and cleared the mind well. Samantha pushed herself up to sit properly, brushing her hands together to rid of the sand that had stuck to her skin. So, you had any fun lately? Any troubles in the gang? she asked running her hand down her smooth leg to her feet brushing the sand off slowly. If you're up for it, perhaps we could go out tonight? I havn't partied with a livewire for a while - don't want to forget the feeling now, do I? And it looks like you need some recreation time. You look like you just lost a fight or something she spoke lightly.
